Verve is a Christian speech and debate club for homeschool students (age 12-18) that meets weekly in Bothell, WA and serves the Seattle metropolitan area. Our focus is to enhance our student's critical thinking and communication skills through the supportive and competitive environment of team policy debate and speech events. Our prayer is that the Lord will use our students to further His kingdom by speaking the Truth of Jesus Christ in a winsome way.

Mission StatementTo train young men and women in the competitive pursuit of excellence in team policy debate and speech. We believe this training, in a motivating environment led by alumni coaches, will equip Christian young men and women with diligence, leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
We believe this training in the pursuit of competitive excellence, while bounded by integrity and sportsmanship, will equip young people to always be prepared to give an answer to anyone who asks the reason for the hope that is in them (1 Peter 3:15). |
